Authorisation / Acknowledgement and Confirmation

I, hereby acknowledge and accept the terms of this engagement provided to me and appoint Tax and Accounting Solutions Gippsland as my accountant and tax agent.

I also undertake that I have the capacity to make this engagement (if on behalf of an entity). I authorise Tax and Accounting Solutions Gippsland to access, contact and act on behalf of the entity/entities with the ATO, SBR, SRO, ASIC and related authorities.

I also agree that I shall be personally liable for all fees for services performed in accordance with such agreement.
